Our ductwork complies to DW144 standard, the UK recognised specification for how to manufacture and install ductwork. Spiral ducting tube is made for transporting air - supplying fresh air into buildings and extracting excess or stale air out of buildings. Spiral duct is much more effective in terms of reduced air leakage than rectangular ducting due to fewer joints because of its large 3m lengths.
We supply a large range of spiral ductwork products including 45° bends, 90° bends, 60° bends, Y pieces, T pieces, reducers, saddles, shoes & boots, volume control dampers, blast gate dampers, round access doors and flat access doors.
Spiral ducting can be used to carry air up to temperatures of around 200◦c continuously and around 250◦c intermittently. If used above recommended temperatures, discolouring and corrosion can occur.
