Spray Booth Installation – Franklin Products

We’re proud to announce our first major spray booth project! We recently supplied two 3-metre booths and one 4-metre booth for Franklin Products in Milton Keynes. Each system was designed to suit specific production needs — one unit is ducted externally, while the other two are recirculating booths equipped with advanced filter systems.

All booths were fabricated, assembled, and delivered complete with fans, filters, and lighting. We also carried out the external ducting on one booth, ensuring a durable, weather-sealed connection to the corrugated roof for reliable year-round operation.

This project marks an exciting step forward for us as we continue expanding our capabilities in custom spray booth design and installation.

Extraction Hood and Local Ducting Systems

What We Did

We installed a large extraction hood and ducting system (11 metres long by 4 metres wide) as a local extract system for a work area. The system was made to take away fumes, heat, or dust from the working zone. It helps create a safer and cleaner place for people to work. We were proud to win the job and even prouder that it was a big success.

Working in places with dust, fumes, or heat can be dangerous and uncomfortable. This system was built to pull those things away from workers, making it easier to breathe and safer overall. It’s not just about comfort – it’s about health and safety.

Our design made sure the system would meet all safety rules and be easy to use. The large size meant it could cover a wide area and remove bad air right from where it was being made.

How It Works

• The extraction hood sits over the working area and pulls air up into the ducting system.
• The air is then moved out of the building safely, so workers don’t breathe it in.
• The system works fast and runs quietly.
• It’s made from strong, long-lasting materials that don’t rust or break down easily.

A Safe and Successful Result

The installation went smoothly. We finished the job on time, with no major issues. The system is now up and running and doing exactly what it was designed to do. The client was happy, and the people using the space said the air feels much cleaner and more comfortable.
