Spiral galvanised ductwork & fittings in a large range of sizes.
Our ductwork complies to DW144 standard. The UK recognised specification of how to manufacture and install ductwork. Spiral ducting is made for transporting air - it supplies fresh air into buildings and extracts excess/stale air out of buildings. Spiral duct is much more effective in terms of less air leaks then rectangular ducting due to less joints because of its large 3m lengths. Spiral ducting can be used to carry air up to temperatures of around 200◦c at a continual temperature and around 250◦c if the temperature is intermittent. If used above recommended temperatures, discolouring can happen and corrosion can occur.

Round Access Doors
Curved access doors to suit circular ductwork. Used to access the insides of the ducting to reset fire dampers or to clean. A sandwich type effect that clamps the opening with a gasket seal by wheel knobs.
Flat Access Doors
Square and rectangular insulated, tabbed & sealed access doors for flat surfaced ducting. Used for resetting fire dampers and also cleaning ductwork. Other sizes available - please enquire.
45° Bends
45-degree bends to suit spiral tubing, made from galvanized steel. Male ends to fit in spiral ducting or flexible tube. Available in sizes ranging from 63mm – 710mm. Bigger sizes available by phone or email enquiries.

30° Bends
Our 30-degree bends are manufactured from durable galvanised steel and designed with male ends to easily fit into spiral ducting, flexible ducting, and other standard ventilation systems. Ideal for changing airflow direction while maintaining system efficiency and integrity.
